Overview We are proud owners of North Shore Optical Services Ltd., a trusted part of the North Shore community for more than 60 years. Established in 1961 by Francis and Daryl Baker, North Shore Optical quickly became a fixture in the Upper Lonsdale area, serving generations of families with dedication and care for over three decades.

While the clinic proudly remains in its original location, a new chapter began on December 31, 1991, when Elaine and Libor Kriz assumed ownership and renamed the practice North Shore Optical Services Ltd. Their commitment to personalized service and professional excellence helped continue the clinic’s strong reputation within the community.

On March 9, 2020, ELHAM and HAMID Mousavi became the proud owners of North Shore Optical Services Ltd., carrying forward a legacy built on trust, expertise, and exceptional patient care. Today, after more than six decades in the same community, the clinic continues to thrive — a true testament to its longstanding dedication to quality service and lasting relationships with its valued clientele.
